Policies & Cancellations
Because appointments are scheduled every 20 minutes, there is only a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. Any client arriving after 10 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. Please understand that we have to honor and respect client appointment times so this policy is strictly enforced.
In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Please provide a cancellation notice 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is required in order to avoid the cancellation fee of $35.00.
- Clients giving 2 hours or less notice to cancel their appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
- No show clients will not be re-booked until full payment of missed service is received. Credit card information will be required to reserve future appointments.
